Return and Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage
- Chromebooks: 1-month warranty (extendable).
- Original Windows Laptops: 2-month warranty (6 months for brand new models).
- Includes 24/7 online tech support via dreamtechtt2023@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +1(868)730-4827.
- Warranty covers hardware defects only. Software issues are handled at the discretion of technicians.
- Electrical issues caused by household power are not covered. Surge protectors or UPS systems are recommended.

Warranty Period
- Chromebook: 1 month.
- Original Windows laptops: 2 months (6 months for new models).
- Extended warranties are available. Contact your sales rep for pricing.

Warranty Process
- Submit claims via email or WhatsApp with a photo of the receipt and issue description/photo.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Repair and Replacement
- Repairs or replacements are done at Curepe or Freeport warehouses.
- Onsite repair or pickup is available for an additional cost.
- All expenses are covered if under warranty.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are not typically offered. If granted, a 15% restocking fee plus delivery fees will apply.

- NO refunds for warranty claims. Units will be repaired or replaced.
